中小学教师培养是中小学教师队伍建设的重要环节。当前,随着师范教育走向开放与多元,中小学教师培养模式凸现的问题主要表现为:培养目标模糊;非定向培养的准备不足;分段培养的认识不充分;教师资格认证过于简单;培养与中小学实际分离;培养的师范性日益削弱。教育工作者应认真研究与分析这些问题,努力寻找解决的途径与方法,以不断提高我国中小学教师培养的质量与效益。
Primary and secondary school teacher training is an important part of the construction of primary and secondary school teachers. At present, with the opening up and diversification of teacher education, teachers and students of primary and secondary schools highlight the following problems: the obscure goal of training; the lack of preparation for non-directed education; the inadequate understanding of graduation training; the simplification of teacher qualification; The actual separation of primary and secondary schools; training of teachers is increasingly weakened. Educators should carefully study and analyze these problems and strive to find ways and means to solve them in order to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of primary and secondary school teachers in China.
