目的:探讨皮肌炎(DM)患者的发病与血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和血浆脂质过氧化物(LPO)的关系。方法:对48例OM患者和34例健康人的血清用联苯三酚自氧化法测定SOD的总活力和用硫代巴比妥酸法测定血浆中LPO含量。结果:皮肌炎病人血清SOD明显低于健康对照组;血浆LPO明显高于健康对照组。结论:表明皮肌炎病人体内活性氧基(OR)水平显著增高,推测OR在DM病人发病过程中可能起着重要的作用。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the onset of dermatomyositis (DM) and serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) and plasma lipid peroxidation (LPO). Methods: The serum SOD activity of 48 patients with OM and 34 healthy controls was determined by the method of autoxidation with pyrogallol and the content of LPO in plasma was measured by thiobarbituric acid method. Results: Serum SOD in patients with dermatomyositis was significantly lower than that in healthy controls; LPO in plasma was significantly higher than that in healthy controls. CONCLUSIONS: The levels of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in patients with dermatomyositis were significantly increased, suggesting that OR may play an important role in the pathogenesis of DM.
