以某ZL204A靴座铸件为研究对象,结合OM、SEM、拉伸性能试验机与FEM数值仿真计算,测试了其凝固成形工艺。结果表明,采用开放式充型凝固成形工艺,直浇道、横浇道、内浇道截面比为1∶5.8∶10,设置合理的冒口,借助FEM仿真计算优化,实现了顺序凝固。铸态平均晶粒尺寸约为84μm,T6态的平均抗拉强度、屈服强度与伸长率分别为472 MPa、370 MPa与8.4%,断裂机制以韧窝断裂为主,附带部分沿晶断裂。
Taking a casting of ZL204A as a research object, combined with OM, SEM, tensile testing machine and FEM numerical simulation, the solidification forming process was tested. The results show that with the open filling solidification process, the ratio of sprue, runner and runner is 1: 5.8: 10, and reasonable riser is set up. With the help of FEM simulation and optimization, sequential solidification is achieved. The average grain size of as-cast is about 84μm. The average tensile strength, yield strength and elongation of T6 are 472 MPa, 370 MPa and 8.4%, respectively. The fracture mechanism is dominated by dimple fracture and the intergranular intergranular fracture.
