设计了铝合金节温器壳体的压铸工艺方案,模拟了充型流场、温度场并预测了缩孔、缩松易出现的位置,优化了该铸件的压铸工艺。采用冷却水道的方法优化了铸件温度场,降低了其出现缩孔、缩松的可能性。经实际生产验证,优化工艺可以高效生产出合格铸件。
The die casting process scheme of the aluminum alloy thermostat shell was designed. The filling flow field and temperature field were simulated and the positions of shrinkage and shrinkage were predicted. The die casting process was optimized. The method of cooling water channel optimizes the temperature field of the casting and reduces the possibility of shrinkage and shrinkage. The actual production verification, optimization process can efficiently produce qualified castings.
