通过对神华准格尔能源有限责任公司大准铁路公司(以下简称“大准铁路”)130辆自备C62A型敞车厂修兼K2改造时轴承退卸情况统计分析发现,我国铁路货车滚动轴承在车辆厂修时被“强制”退卸,导致轴承使用寿命偏低。笔者认为:车辆检修模式简单、粗放,厂修轮轴概念宽泛是导致轴承被“强制”退卸的主要原因。笔者从现行车辆检修制度入手,深入剖析、阐述,提出了延长轴承使用寿命的建议。
Through the statistic analysis of the withdrawal of bearing of Shenhua Zhungeer Energy Co., Ltd Dazhun railway company (hereinafter referred to as “Dazhun railway”) and 130 self-owned C62A gondola factory and K2 retrofitting, we found that China’s railway freight car rolling bearing Repair in the vehicle factory by the “mandatory” withdrawal, leading to bearing life is low. The author believes that: vehicle maintenance mode is simple, extensive, factory repair axles concept is a leading cause of the bearing is “forced” to withdraw the main reason. The author starts from the current vehicle maintenance system, in-depth analysis, elaboration, proposed to extend the service life of the bearings.
