纳洛酮为特异性吗啡受体拮抗剂,对多种应激性疾病有较好疗效,且安全性高。我院神经内科于1998.7～1999.6应用纳洛酮(由湖南益侨制药有限公司提供)治疗急性期脑梗塞,疗效显著,现报告如下:
