α,α-二氯代羰基化合物是一类重要的有机合成中间体,可作为合成砌块。以水为反应介质,在对甲苯磺酸的催化作用下,通过羰基化合物与三氯异氰尿酸(TCCA)的α,α-二氯代反应,在较短的反应时间内实现了α,α-二氯代羰基化合物的合成。对于部分苯乙酮类化合物和β-酮酯类化合物,α,α-二氯代反应取得了良好的效果,二氯代产物产率为82.2%~95.2%。含有对甲苯磺酸的水相反应体系可以重复利用至少5次,二氯代产物的产率维持在84.7%~95.2%。水-酸反应体系低毒、廉价、可重复利用,比较接近绿色化学的要求。
α, α-Dichlorocarbonyl compounds are an important class of organic synthesis intermediates, which can be used as a building block.
