目的研究莛子藨Triosteum pinnatifidum地上部分的化学成分。方法利用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、反相ODS等柱色谱技术进行分离和纯化,综合运用质谱、核磁共振波谱方法鉴定化合物结构。结果从莛子藨地上部分乙醇提取物中分离得到10个化合物,包括2个单萜二糖苷:(E)-(6S)-8-[α-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyloxy]-2,6-dimethyloct-2-eno-1,3“-lactone(1)、urceolide(2)和8个酚类化合物:2,3-二氢穗花杉双黄酮(3)、芹菜素4’-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4)、芹菜素7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5)、原儿茶酸(6)、没食子酸乙酯(7)、tachioside(8)、icariside F2(9)、icariside E4(10)。结论除化合物2外,其他化合物均为首次从本属植物中分离得到。化合物1结构中的阿拉伯糖应更正为~1C_4式的α-L-阿拉伯糖。
Objective To study the chemical composition of the aerial part of Triosteum pinnatifidum. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and reversed phase ODS. The structures of the compounds were identified by mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. Results Ten compounds were isolated from the ethanol extracts of the top of the shrews, including two monoterpene glycosides: (E) - (6S) -8- [α-L-arabinopyranosyl- (1 → 6) D-glucopyranosyloxy] -2,6-dimethyloct-2-eno-1,3 ”- lactone (1), urceolide (2) and 8 phenolic compounds: 2,3- , Apigenin 4’-O-β-D-glucoside (4), apigenin 7-O-β-D-glucoside (5), protocatechuic acid (6), ethyl gallate tachioside (8), icariside F2 (9) and icariside E4 (10) .CONCLUSION Compounds other than compound 2 were isolated from this genus for the first time.The structure of arabinose in compound 1 should be corrected to ~ 1C_4 α-L-arabinose.
