对利用银杏叶提取液还原Pd2+成单质钯的过程进行了研究,发现反应后溶液表面出现漂浮于表面的“钯膜”和黑色沉淀。采用X光电子能谱(XPS)、X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)和电子能谱(EDS)对反应产物进行了表征和分析。结果表明,反应产物集中在“钯膜”和黑色沉淀中,单质钯为多晶颗粒,“钯膜”中的钯纳米颗粒粒径分布从10~40nm不等,粒径分布广,分散性好,而黑色沉淀中颗粒分布比较集中,粒径大小从10~30nm左右,有团聚现象。
The process of reducing Pd2 + into elemental palladium by using the extract of Ginkgo biloba was studied and it was found that the surface of the solution appears “Pd film” and black precipitate floating on the surface after the reaction. The reaction products were characterized and analyzed by XPS, XRD, TEM and EDS. The results show that the reaction products are concentrated in the “palladium membrane” and the black precipitate, the elemental palladium is polycrystalline particles, “palladium membrane” in the palladium nanoparticles ranging from 10 ~ 40nm particle size distribution, wide particle size distribution , Dispersibility is good, while the black particles in the sediment distribution is more concentrated, particle size from 10 ~ 30nm or so, with the phenomenon of agglomeration.
