本文用激光—血卟啉光动力学诊治癌症126例,其中诊断31例.治疗92例。诊断在注药后48小时用4416天及5145A的波长照射,诊断符合率88.2％,汉疗病例除表浅肿瘤外,还用于食管、肺、膀胱、直肠等内腔肿瘤。疗效统计CR54例、SR26例、MR10例、NR2例、近期肿瘤消失54例,占58.7％,总有效率97.8％。文中对药物作用、光幅照的剂量、波长以及注药与照身相隔时间作了探讨,并对光动力学对肿瘤治疗的有效深度作了进一步观察,在治疗的适应症和副作用及预防方面作了阐述。
In this paper, 126 cases of cancer were diagnosed and treated by laser-hematoporphyrin photodynamic therapy, of which 31 cases were diagnosed and 92 cases were treated. The diagnosis was performed at 4816 hours after injection with a wavelength of 4416 A and a wavelength of 5145 A. The diagnostic coincidence rate was 88.2%. In addition to superficial tumors, Han treatment was also used for esophageal, lung, bladder, and rectal tumors.
