本文用激光—血卟啉光动力学诊治癌症126例,其中诊断31例.治疗92例。诊断在注药后48小时用4416天及5145A的波长照射,诊断符合率88.2%,汉疗病例除表浅肿瘤外,还用于食管、肺、膀胱、直肠等内腔肿瘤。疗效统计CR54例、SR26例、MR10例、NR2例、近期肿瘤消失54例,占58.7%,总有效率97.8%。文中对药物作用、光幅照的剂量、波长以及注药与照身相隔时间作了探讨,并对光动力学对肿瘤治疗的有效深度作了进一步观察,在治疗的适应症和副作用及预防方面作了阐述。
In this paper, 126 cases of cancer were diagnosed and treated by laser-hematoporphyrin photodynamic therapy, of which 31 cases were diagnosed and 92 cases were treated. The diagnosis was performed at 4816 hours after injection with a wavelength of 4416 A and a wavelength of 5145 A. The diagnostic coincidence rate was 88.2%. In addition to superficial tumors, Han treatment was also used for esophageal, lung, bladder, and rectal tumors. The efficacy statistics included CR54 cases, SR26 cases, MR10 cases, NR2 cases, 54 cases of recent tumor disappearances, accounting for 58.7%, and the total effective rate was 97.8%. In this paper, the effect of drug, dose and wavelength of light irradiation, and the time between injection and illumination are discussed.
