在提出开放式创新十年之际,本文从大数据视角来解析其发展趋势。本文先从动态角度剖析大数据的特征,并归纳提出4C特征,并以此为基础分析其在知识、市场、管理和用户方面给开方式创新带来的挑战,然后从开放式创新的构成、创新空间、商业模式三个视角剖析大数据产生的影响,进而从五个方面归纳出开放式创新的发展趋势,最终得出五点结论:(1)企业在行为动机上开始注重战略获益;(2)在开放对象上逐渐扩散到非相关者;(3)在能力塑造上逐步强调数据性能力;(4)在组织形式上慢慢演变成耦合模式;(5)在适用范围上已经趋于普及。最后从研究方法、过程、层次三方面总结出未来的研究建议,旨在为深入探索“大数据”下的开放式创新提供指导。
In the ten years of open innovation, this paper analyzes the development trend from the perspective of big data. This paper first analyzes the characteristics of big data from a dynamic perspective, and summarizes the characteristics of 4C. Based on this, it analyzes the challenges it poses to innovation in terms of knowledge, market, management and users. Then from the perspective of open innovation, Innovation space and business model, and then summarizes the development trend of open innovation from five aspects. Finally, it draws five conclusions: (1) The enterprises begin to pay attention to the strategic benefit on the motivation of behavior; (2) Gradual diffusion to non-stakeholders in the process of openness; (3) Gradual emphasis on data capabilities in shaping capabilities; (4) Gradual evolution in organizational form into coupled modes; (5) In popularity. In the end, the future research proposals are summarized from the aspects of research methods, processes and levels, which are intended to provide guidance for further exploration of open innovation under “big data”.
