苏泊尔的职业养成理论认为,人的一生本质上是成长与探索的过程,是以自己的兴趣和能力获取知识以应对职业需求的过程。中学生实际上都处于职业养成的探索阶段。本文探索了此阶段中学生应该做出的课程选择及其深远影响,并对促进职业养成的相关理论及其有效干预进行了评价。
Supor’s theory of career development holds that a person’s life is essentially a process of growth and exploration and a process of acquiring knowledge based on his own interests and abilities to deal with his career needs. Middle school students are actually in the exploratory stage of career development. This article explores the secondary school students should make the curriculum choices and its far-reaching impact in this stage, and to evaluate the relevant theories and effective interventions to promote career development.
