统计1986～1995年监测资料,心血管病、恶性肿瘤、意外伤亡、呼吸系统疾病和脑血管疾病是我监测点居民死亡的主要原因.标化死亡率(/10万)分别为183.65,76.07,75.98,70.98和67.46,合计占居民死亡总数的84.80%.十年间,心脑血管疾病、恶性肿瘤和意外伤亡率均呈上升趋势,传染病死亡率显著下降.提示应重视非传染性疾病的防治工作.
Statistics From 1986 to 1995, monitoring data, cardiovascular diseases, malignant tumors, accidental injuries, respiratory diseases and cerebrovascular diseases were the main causes of death among residents in our monitoring sites. The standardized death rates (/ 100,000) were 183.65 and 76.07 respectively, 75.98, 70.98 and 67.46, accounting for 84.80% of the total deaths of residents .In the past ten years, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, malignancies and accidental injury rates all showed an upward trend and the mortality rate of infectious diseases was significantly reduced, suggesting that prevention and treatment of noncommunicable diseases should be emphasized jobs.
