人到老年阳气日趋衰弱,有不少疾病都是从“头”发生的,所以老年人应该特别注意维护头部的健康。头发经常梳头有益于促进头部血液循环,增加头发的营养。平时应多吃些含铁较多的食物。此外,老年人皮脂分泌相对减少,不要洗头过勤,否则易使头发失去滋润而干燥、脱屑,发生瘙痒。一般每周洗1~2次就可以了,且不宜使用碱性过多的肥皂洗头。
