摘要针对三江平原挠力河干流域的水资源情况,采用ArcGIS提取相关数据,并建立了变化环境下水资源综合评价模型,充分考虑到水资源的水质、水量以及河流生态需水量的变化,对水资源进行评价。结果表明,在满足其生态需水的条件下,挠力河干流域上游、中游和下游的可提取用水量分别为3.07亿、2.27亿和0.74亿m3。该研究为今后该流域的水资源优化调度提供理论依据。

The Combined Evaluation of Water Resources Based on the Quality and Quantity of Water and Ecological Water Demand—A Case of Main River Basin of Naoli River

AbstractAiming at water resource situation of the main river basin of Naoli River of Sanjiang Plain, using ArcGIS for data extraction, a changing environment comprehensive evaluation model of water resources was established, taking fully into account water quality, water quantity and river ecological water demand changes, evaluation was conducted. The results indicate that under the situation that meet ecological water demand, water of upstream, midstream and downstream of main river basin can be extracted were 307 million, 227 million and 74 million m3, so as to provide theoretical basis for optimal regulation on water resources.

撓力河流域地处三江平原腹地,是该区内最大的内河,现该地区用水结构不合理,采用地下水进行农田灌溉,造成地下水超采。如若重新调整水资源配置,调用符合农业灌溉水标准的地表水进行农田灌溉,不但可节省地下水资源,而这些水资源可以用来保证居民的日常生活用水需求。
4结论
依据三江平原挠力河干流域行政分区情况,将该流域区划为3个河段。从水质、水量及生态需水量3个方面,对三江平原挠力河干流流域进行水资源的综合评价。首先,应用多区段水资源综合评价模型对其进行水量、水质评价,然后应用年内展布法对流域基本生态需水量进行计算。结果表明,可用水资源量不仅需考虑水资源的量,还要考虑水质污染状况、河道生态需水量等多种因素。

4结论
