在LGJ1000沥青混凝土给料机的胶带输送机上采用了一种新型的传动机构,并获得了专利。该传动机构采用链条与链轮啮合传动,由液压马达驱动。对该传动装置进行了运动学和动力学分析,认为链条在与链轮啮合时的速度、加速度及动态张力的变化都与链条的速度、节距、链轮的齿数这3个参数有密切的关系。因此通过增大链条的运行速度、减小链条的节距、并适当增大链轮的齿数,减少和消除了啮合时的动载荷、减小运行的速度变化、提高了传动的平稳性。
