随着国家电网公司连续第10年在中央企业中率先发布年度社会责任报告以后,襄阳公司社会责任根植工作也在有序推进,培训分中心发挥自身优势,结合工作实际,突出责任担当,重点做好岗位培训工作,履职尽责,认真做实每个培训项目,让责任在工作中展现。认知社会责任,培育担当意识培训分中心作为公司的支撑机构,充分认知社会责任的重要性,不断培育员工的岗位责任意识,将社会责任管理根植于岗位职责中。
After SGCC took the lead in releasing annual CSR reports among central SOEs for the 10th consecutive year, Xiangyang’s social responsibility work also progressed in an orderly manner. The training sub-centers exerted their own advantages and combined their actual work with a view to highlighting the responsibilities and focusing on Good job training, fulfill their duties, conscientiously implement each training project, so that responsibility at work. Cognition of social responsibility, nurturing awareness-raising training sub-centers as the company’s support mechanism, the full recognition of the importance of social responsibility, and constantly cultivate employee awareness of job responsibilities, social responsibility management will be rooted in job responsibilities.
