目的:探析小儿哮喘应用健康教育的临床效果。方法:选取2015年4月~2015年10月期间我院收治的哮喘患儿20例为研究对象,按照随机数字法将其分为实验组和对照组各10例。实验组应用健康教育,对照组应用常规护理,比较两组患儿的护理有效率、不良反应发生率。结果:实验组护理有效率为100%,明显高于对照组80%,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义;实验组不良反应发生率为20%,明显低于对照组50%,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:利用健康教育进行护理,具有护理有效率高、不良反应发生率低的优势,有较高的临床推广价值。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of applying health education in pediatric asthma. Methods: Twenty children with asthma admitted to our hospital from April 2015 to October 2015 were selected as study subjects, and divided into experimental group and control group according to random number method. The experimental group was given health education, and the control group was given routine nursing care. The nursing efficiency and the incidence of adverse reactions in both groups were compared. Results: The effective rate of nursing in experimental group was 100%, which was significantly higher than 80% in control group (P <0.05), with statistical significance. The incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was 20%, which was significantly lower than that in control group (50% The difference was significant (P <0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion: The use of health education for nursing, with high nursing efficiency, low incidence of adverse reactions, have a higher clinical value.
