目前,我国城镇化人口聚集,第三产业发展迅速,产业地产日益活跃。2014年以来绿地进军产业地产,万科涉足物流地产,实体企业圈地寻求新的业务增长点。从国际资本走向来看,淡马锡在中国5个城镇化项目同时推进,看好中国投资机会。据统计,目前我国设有115个国家级高新区,各类产业园区集中开发建设,我国产业地产迎来新一轮的发展的同时,也将面临激烈竞争。那么,如何选择产业方向和区域,将成为产业地产开发是否成功的关键。
