故障诊断始于机械设备故障诊断,主要指制造设备和制造过程的状态监测与故障诊断。随着网络技术的发展,各种信息系统也开始在煤矿中得到应用。特别是模拟技术、微电子技术、微电脑技术在煤矿工业控制中的应用已成为必然的发展方向。文章探讨了煤矿信息系统结构组成及基本工作原理,详述了各种现代故障诊断技术,最后建立了煤矿工作环境下基于故障诊断专家系统的网络故障诊断体系,取得了很好的应用效果。
Fault diagnosis begins with the diagnosis of mechanical equipment, mainly refers to the state of manufacturing equipment and manufacturing process monitoring and fault diagnosis. With the development of network technology, various information systems are also beginning to be applied in coal mines. In particular, the application of analog technology, microelectronics technology and microcomputer technology in industrial control of coal mines has become an inevitable trend of development. In this paper, the structure and basic working principle of coal mine information system are discussed. Various modern fault diagnosis techniques are described in detail. Finally, a network fault diagnosis system based on fault diagnosis expert system in coal mine working environment is set up and good application results are achieved.
