企业文化一、企业文化是企业在长期生产经营中形成的企业理念、价值观和行为准则。它的本质是企业人格化;它的功能是融合职工,形成同欲合力。企业依靠它潜移默化地向职工注入统一的观念,统一的信仰,统一的哲学,凝聚出旺盛的企业精神。我们的企业在创建自己的企业文化时,应有中国的民族特色,否则跟着外企后面跑,是不可能超过外企的。这至少有三点是中国企业文化共同具有的:1.爱国爱企。企业文化宣传热爱
