本文提出了一种新型特高频直接调频振荡电路,其中心频率受控于一个被中频晶振稳频的混频双环锁相电路,因而能产生接近品振频率稳定度的线性调频信号。 本文分析了晶振稳频双环锁相电路的主要性能,建立了这种振荡器的数学模型,给出了稳定载波频率的条件,以及电路参数的选择,实物部件采用了微波混合集成技术。实验证明这种振荡器比工作在70MHz和140MHz的一般调频振荡器有频谱纯、峰值频偏大、线性好、寄生调幅小等优点。
In this paper, a new type of UHF direct-current frequency modulation oscillator is proposed. Its center frequency is controlled by a mixed-frequency double-loop PLL with frequency stabilization of the intermediate frequency oscillator. Therefore, it can generate a chirp signal close to the stability of the product frequency. In this paper, the main performance of the crystal oscillator frequency stabilization double loop PLL is analyzed. The mathematical model of the oscillator is established. The conditions of stable carrier frequency and the choice of circuit parameters are given. The physical components are integrated by microwave mixing technology. Experiments show that the oscillator than the work in the 70MHz and 140MHz general frequency modulation oscillator has a pure spectrum, the peak frequency deviation is large, good linearity, small parasitic amplitude and other advantages.
