采用紫外可见分光光度法测定木质素磺酸钠在CaCO3表面的吸附量,分析不同粒径的CaCO3在不同浓度木质素磺酸钠溶液中的吸附行为。结果表明:当CaCO3粒径在25~80μm之间、吸附时间为5~60min时,吸附量和吸附率随CaCO3粒径增大而减小,随吸附时间的延长而增大;木质素磺酸钠浓度在0.1~0.4g/L之间时,吸附量随木质素磺酸钠浓度的增大而增大,吸附率随木质素磺酸钠浓度的增大而减小;等温吸附线形状为L型,且基本满足Langmuir等温吸附方程,饱和吸附量为2.165mg/g。
The amount of sodium lignosulphonate adsorbed on the surface of CaCO 3 was determined by UV-Vis spectrophotometry, and the adsorption behavior of CaCO 3 with different particle sizes in different concentrations of sodium lignosulphonate solution was analyzed. The results showed that when CaCO3 particle size is between 25 ~ 80μm and adsorption time is 5 ~ 60min, the adsorption capacity and adsorption rate decrease with the increase of CaCO3 particle size and increase with the increase of adsorption time.
