目的研究保藏于菌种保藏管中的金黄色葡萄球菌经反复冻融后对含氯消毒剂抗力的变化。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和菌落形态观察方法,对反复冻融后的金黄色葡萄球菌的抗力进行测定。结果菌种保藏管中第25粒瓷珠金黄色葡萄球菌菌落颜色与第1粒瓷珠相比明显暗淡、变白,活菌量显著减少。有效氯浓度为100 mg/L的84消毒液作用3 min对第1粒瓷珠金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭率为98.85%,对第25粒瓷珠金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭率为98.64%。结论经反复冻融后的金黄色葡萄球菌菌落颜色及活菌量均发生显著变化,其对84消毒液的抗力未见明显变化。
Objective To study the changes of resistance of chlorine-containing disinfectants to Staphylococcus aureus stored in culture tubes after repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Methods The antibacterial activity of Staphylococcus aureus after repeated freezing and thawing was determined by quantitative suspension test and colony morphology observation. Results The color of the 25th droplet of Staphylococcus aureus colonies in the preservation tube of the strain was significantly dimmer than that of the 1st droplet of porcelain beads, and the amount of viable cells was significantly reduced. The killing rate of the first granule of porcine Staphylococcus aureus was 98.85% after 3 minutes of the effective disinfectant with a concentration of 100 mg / L of 84 disinfectant, and the killing rate of the 25th Staphylococcus aureus was 98.64% . Conclusion The color and viable count of Staphylococcus aureus colonies after repeated freeze-thaw cycles all changed significantly, and the resistance of 84 disinfectant did not change significantly.
