肺心病并发功能性肾功能衰竭是一种值得重视的并发症。此类肾功能衰竭多为可逆性的,为预防其发生及早期有效治疗,现总结我院1971～1979年间收治的肺心病并发功能性肾功能衰竭157例资料,对有关诱因与预后问题作一探讨。本组肺心病的诊断均按1977年全国第二次肺心病专业会议提出的诊断标准,全部病例入院时均有不同程度的心肺功能衰竭。
Pulmonary heart disease complicated with functional renal failure is a complication worthy of attention.
