目的 :观察角巩膜缘无缝线隧道切口白内障超声乳化及后房型人工晶体植入术后前房角的变化。方法 :用 Goldmann房角镜观察了 10 7眼通过 5 mm巩膜缘无缝线隧道切口进行白内障超声乳化及后房型人工晶体植入术后 1个月前房角的变化。结果 :10 7眼 ( 10 0 % )可见内切口位于 Schwalbe线前的透明角膜上 ,4 8眼 ( 4 4.86% )内切口平整 ,5 9眼 ( 5 5 .14 % )内切口后唇轻度卷曲 ,4 2眼 ( 3 9.2 5 % )角膜后弹力层不同程度脱离 ,9眼 ( 8.4 1% )发生周边虹膜周边前粘连 ,但未见有粘连至巩膜突上 ,3眼 ( 2 .8% )虹膜周边粘连致术后瞳孔呈梨形。结论 :白内障超声乳化及后房型人工晶体植入术中角巩膜缘无缝线隧道切口是一种较好的手术方法 ,但也存在着角膜后弹力层不同程度脱离、虹膜周边前粘连等并发症。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the changes of anterior chamber angle after cataract phacoemulsification and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation in corneosclerosis limbus. Methods: The changes of the angle of the anterior chamber in 10 7 eyes after phacoemulsification and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation through a 5 mm scleral suture tunneling were observed by Goldmann angle gonioscopy. Results: In 10 7 eyes (100%), the internal incision was located on the transparent cornea in front of the Schwalbe line, the internal incision was flat in 48 eyes (4.86%) and the posterior lip was mild in 59 eyes (5.514%) Curl, 4 2 eyes (3 9.25%) were different degrees of detachment of the posterior corneal, 9 eyes (8.4 1%) around the peripheral iris adhesions, but no adhesion to the scleral protrusion, 3 eyes (2.8% ) Around the iris caused by postoperative pupil was pear-shaped. Conclusions: Phacoemulsification and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation in the cataract surgery is a good surgical approach, but there are also some complications such as the detachment of the corneal posterior elastic layer and the anterior iris adhesions .
