目的通过多组通径分析探讨高中生健康行为影响因素在男性与女性、重点学校与非重点学校、城市与农村学生间的差异。方法建立高中生健康行为影响因素基准模型,分别检验模型形态和参数的组间一致性,根据两次检验中拟合优度的变化量△χ2,判断模型参数在不同组间是否存在差异。结果高中生健康行为影响因素基准模型表明,基本健康知识、传染病知识、健康理念和健康技能可直接影响健康行为,直接作用分别为0.218、0.229、0.172和0.242;基本健康知识、传染病知识、健康理念也可通过健康技能间接影响健康行为,间接作用分别为0.038、0.048和0.056。多组分析表明:重点与非重点、城市与农村学生间模型参数一致,但男性与女性学生间模型参数不一致(P﹤0.05)。结论本研究通过多组通径分析反映了健康行为影响因素模型在男性与女性学生间的不同表现,对于在高中生中开展有针对性的健康干预具有一定指导意义。
Objective To explore the differences between high school students’ health behaviors in men and women, key schools and non-key schools, urban and rural students through multi-group path analysis. Methods The baseline model of influencing factors of senior high school students’ health behavior was set up to test the consistency between groups and parameters respectively. According to the variation of goodness of fit △ χ2 in the two tests, whether the model parameters differed among different groups was determined. Results The baseline model of influencing factors of senior high school students’ health behavior showed that basic health knowledge, infectious disease knowledge, health philosophy and health skills could directly affect health behaviors. The direct effects were 0.218,0.229,0.172 and 0.242 respectively. The basic health knowledge, infectious disease knowledge, The concept of health also indirectly affects health behaviors through health skills, with indirect effects of 0.038, 0.048 and 0.056, respectively. Multi-group analysis showed that: the model parameters between the key and non-key, urban and rural students were consistent, but the model parameters were not consistent between male and female students (P <0.05). Conclusions This study reflects the different behaviors of health behavior influencing factors model among male and female students through multiple groups of path analysis, which is of guiding significance for carrying out targeted health intervention in high school students.
