河北兴泰发电有限责任公司9号炉运行累计114892.5 h,对仍在该部位运行的T91钢再热器管进行性能评定,根据其温度分布,重点对运行温度较高的高温再热器外一圈进行取样,采取化学分析、短时拉伸试验(常温、高温)、硬度试验、金相分析、碳化物结构分析、透射电镜检查等手段进行抽样检测分析。结果表明,抽检管样性能仍优于各标准要求,显微组织强化效果明显,因此允许在额定工况下继续安全运行。
