目的:调查44家国家卫生计生委预算管理医院医疗设备配置现状与存在问题,探索设备配置数量与门急诊量及住院手术量的相关性,为科学合理地配置医疗设备提供依据。方法:采用文献研究、专家咨询、问卷调查等方法收集数据,使用SPSS 19.0进行分析。结果:除医用电子直线加速器(LA)、生化分析仪等四种设备外,其余调研设备与门急诊量及住院手术量之间存在相关性。在管理中存在甲乙类设备配置程序较为复杂,审批速度有待提高;欠缺科学的配置方法;设备共享性不高等问题。结论:医院应进一步建立健全配置管理制度,理顺配置流程,建立科学合理的配置方式、方法。可考虑通过设备共享、中心化管理、开展绩效考评等方法提高设备使用效率。
Objective: To investigate the status quo and existing problems of medical equipment allocation in budget management hospitals of 44 national health and family planning commissions, explore the correlation between the number of equipment configurations and the amount of emergency and inpatient operations, and provide the basis for the scientific and rational allocation of medical equipment. Methods: The data were collected by literature review, expert consultation and questionnaire survey, and analyzed by SPSS 19.0. Results: Except for four devices such as medical linear accelerator (LA) and biochemical analyzer, there was a correlation between the other research equipments and the amount of emergency and hospitalization. In the management of Class A and B equipment configuration procedures exist more complex, approval speed to be improved; the lack of scientific configuration methods; equipment sharing is not high and so on. Conclusion: The hospital should further establish and improve the configuration management system, streamline the configuration process, and establish a scientific and rational allocation methods and methods. Can be considered through equipment sharing, centralized management, performance appraisal and other methods to improve equipment efficiency.
