膏药在上膜之后、包装之前必须经过切割加工成一定规格的小片。传统的膏药切片工艺是采用刀片对由步进电机控制的条状、长幅面的膏药进行机械式切割。这样不仅速度低、精度不高而且生产效率低。为保证膏药切片的合格率 ,提高生产效率 ,我们采用先进激光加工技术和控制、计算机技术相结合 ,研制了一种新型切割系统%D%D激光在线膏药切片系统。与传统机械式切割相比 ,该系统具有连续、稳定、精度高、非接触等一系列特点 ,并成功地将生产效率提高了 8倍。本系统是激光切割技术在医用橡胶膏剂领域的又一成功应用 ,具有极强的实用价值和良好应用前景。
