系统测试了高大粗壮型和中低细柔型两种株型紫花苜蓿植株性状和营养品质性状的部分主要数量性状,结果表明,2种株型植株性状的株高、节间距、茎干质量、叶株比、节间均值差异极显著,株鲜质量、株干质量差异显著;节间数、叶干质量、花序干质量、叶花干质量、初水分含量间差异不显著。2种株型紫花苜蓿营养品质性状的粗蛋白(CP)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量间差异极显著,非结构碳水化合物(NSC)含量间差异不显著。以植株性状的节间均值、叶株比为自变量,以营养品质性状为因变量,对紫花苜蓿物理性状与化学性状间的相关性进行了分析评定和回归拟合。
The main quantitative traits of plant traits and nutritional quality traits of two plant types with high, medium and low fine and soft were systematically tested. The results showed that plant height, pitch, stem quality, There were significant differences in leaf-to-plant ratio and internodes between the two groups. The difference between fresh weight and dry weight was significant. There was no significant difference in internode number, leaf mass, inflorescence mass, leaf mass and initial water content. There were significant differences in the nutritional quality traits of the two plant types of alfalfa between crude protein (CP), neutral detergent fiber (NDF) and acid detergent fiber (ADF), and no significant difference was found in the content of unstructured carbohydrates (NSC). The internode mean value of plant traits and the ratio of leaf to plant were used as independent variables. Nutritional quality traits were used as dependent variables to analyze and evaluate the correlation between physical and chemical characters of alfalfa.
