武汉大学再就 业工程研究课 题组以“需要 再就业的失业和下岗职工”为具体调 研对象,通过走访政府部门、典型国 有企业、群团组织和职业介绍所,发 放千余份个人问卷,对武汉市出现的 企业职工失业和下岗现象进行了大规 模的深入调研。日前,该课题组经系 统整理分析,多次讨论,撰写出了近 3万字的调研报告。该项调查表明, “九五”期间,武汉市职工失业和下 岗的规模将日显庞大,就业形势相当 严峻,压力主要来自于下岗职工。课 题组认为,再就业工程尚存许多具体 问题,有待进一步修补完善。 Wuhan Re-employment Engineering Research Group to “re-employment of unemployed and laid-off workers” as a specific research object, by visiting government departments, typical state-owned enterprises, mass organizations and employment agencies, issued more than 1,000 copies of personal questionnaires, Wuhan City enterprises unemployed and laid-off workers conducted a large-scale in-depth investigation. Recently, the research group systematically analyzed and discussed many times and wrote nearly 30,000 words of research reports. The survey shows that during the Ninth Five-Year Plan period, the scale of unemployment and laid-off workers in the city of Wuhan will become increasingly large and the employment situation will be rather harsh. The pressure comes mainly from laid-off workers. Task Force believes that there are still many specific problems of reemployment projects, pending further improvement.
