通过对24名初中学生为期八周的耐力性练习为主的课外活动模拟性实验,进一步证实中学生在课外活动中,注意安排多样的、持续时间较长的中等强度耐力性练习是十分有益的;除跑步、球类活动外,较长距离的游泳是一项能够大幅度提高心肺功能,促进全身发育的运动形式。
Through the simulation experiment of 24 extracurricular activities based on endurance exercises for 24 junior high school students, we further confirmed that it is very beneficial for middle school students to pay attention to arranging various kinds of medium-strength endurance exercises with long duration in extra-curricular activities. In addition to running and ball activities, long-distance swimming is a form of exercise that can significantly improve heart and lung function and promote systemic development.
