我院于1990～1997年共收治前列腺癌患者54例,报告如下。1　临床资料本组54例,年龄65～78岁,平均73岁,病史2～4年。症状:尿频、尿痛、排尿不畅40例,血尿6例,伴急性尿潴留8例。经尿道前列腺电切术(ＴＵＲＰ)38例,开放手术6例,标本病理诊断前列腺癌,10例术前诊断前列腺癌。2　临床 Our hospital in 1990 to 1997 were treated 54 cases of prostate cancer patients, the report is as follows. 1 Clinical data The group of 54 patients, aged 65 to 78 years, mean 73 years, a history of 2 to 4 years.
