本文从理论上对拖拉机传动系的齿轮啮合副激励源与轮齿振动模型进行了定量讨论。分析了齿轮副各几何参数及误差对轮齿振动产生的影响。导出了轮齿振动方程式中各参数的表达式。初步完成了传动系齿轮部分的噪声预估及CAD的理论研究工作。
In this paper, the gear meshing excitation source and gear tooth vibration model of tractor drive train are theoretically discussed quantitatively. The influence of gear geometry and error on gear vibration is analyzed. The expression of each parameter in gear tooth vibration equation is derived. Preliminary completion of the transmission part of the gear noise prediction and CAD theoretical research work.
