目的探讨实时虚拟超声成像系统(real-time virtual sonography systen,RVS)与钼靶X线成像(molybdenum X-ray photography,MX-rP)对良恶性乳腺病灶的鉴别诊断。方法对83例女性乳腺肿块患者共101个病灶术前行RVS与MX-rP检查,手术病理为诊断金标准,分析RVS与MX-rP诊断乳腺疾病的准确性。结果 RVS诊断乳腺恶性病变的敏感性、特异性、准确性、阳性和阴性预测值分别为87.06%,93.05%,91.08%,94.36%,80.01%。MX-rP诊断乳腺恶性病变的敏感性、特异性、准确性、阳性和阴性预测值分别为72.4%,83.33%,80.19%,89.55%和63.52%,RVS诊断准确性高于MX-rP(P<0.05),结论 RVS在诊断乳房良恶性病灶时较MX-rP有更高的准确性,两者结合可以提高乳腺良恶性病灶诊断的准确性。
Objective To explore the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions by real-time virtual sonography sys- tem (RVS) and molybdenum X-ray photography (MX-rP). Methods A total of 101 lesions of 83 women with breast lumps underwent preoperative examination of RVS and MX-rP. The surgical pathology was the gold standard for diagnosis. The accuracy of RVS and MX-rP in the diagnosis of breast disease was analyzed. Results The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of RVS in the diagnosis of breast malignant lesions were 87.06%, 93.05%, 91.08%, 94.36% and 80.01%, respectively. The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of MX-rP in the diagnosis of breast malignant lesions were 72.4%, 83.33%, 80.19%, 89.55% and 63.52% respectively. The accuracy of RVS diagnosis was higher than that of MX-rP <0.05), Conclusion RVS in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions than MX-rP have a higher accuracy, the combination of both can improve the diagnostic accuracy of benign and malignant breast lesions.
