In recent years, studies have shown that abnormal expression of microRNAs directly or indirectly led to the occurrence of multiple subtypes of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). The miR-34 family (including miR-34a, miR-34b and miR-34c) is a family of microRNAs that are highly correlated with cell proliferation, differentiation and carcinogenesis. In recent years, it has been found that the miR-34 family plays an important role in the p53 regulatory network and the occurrence of CLL, and has significant clinical value. The role and mechanism of miR-34 family in the development of chronic lymphocytic leukemia will be reviewed.
