男子1500米和女子800米是中学体育教学大纲考核的耐力性项目。激发学生对中距离跑运动的学习兴趣,提高他们的耐力素质是中学体育教学的重要任务。刚进行练习时,有的学生开始跑得过快,想充当“英雄”,但跑至300-500米时,便事与愿违,多数是半途而废而成“狗熊”,一旦在中距离跑的训练中出现“极点”现象就心中恐慌。加之有的学生的无所谓态度和课外体育活动时间的难以保证,学生的中距离跑教学难以达到预期的效果。
The men’s 1500 meters and the women’s 800 meters are the endurance items for the assessment of the high school PE curriculum. Inspiring students’ interest in middle-distance running and improving their endurance is an important task of physical education in secondary schools. At the beginning of the exercise, some students began to run too fast and wanted to act as “heroes”. However, when they went to 300-500 meters, they were backfired. Most of them were half-stop and became “bear bears” once they appeared in the mid-distance running training. The “pole” phenomenon panic in the heart. Coupled with the indifferent attitude of some students and difficult to guarantee the time of extracurricular sports activities, it is difficult for students to achieve the expected results in the middle distance teaching.
