应用体外细胞毒实验对2种α－型重组人肿瘤坏死因子衍生物生物学效优的稳定性进行了考察。结果表明，这2种制品对温度和光照都比较敏感，受热后其生物学活性迅速下降。但在一20℃存放1a后，活性光明显变化。建议该2种制品应在低温条件下避光贮存。
The in vitro cytotoxicity assay was used to investigate the stability of two kinds of α-type recombinant human tumor necrosis factor derivatives. The results showed that these two products were sensitive to temperature and light, and their biological activity rapidly decreased after heat exposure. However, after 1a was stored at 20°C, the active light changed significantly. It is recommended that the two types of products should be stored in the dark at low temperatures.
