企业文化和人力资源管理两者有着互相促进、密不可分的关系。企业的成功,有赖于两者的有效结合,协同发展。为了更好地促进企业文化与人力资源管理的共同发展,我们应该构建企业文化与人力资源管理协同发展模式。首先,制定企业整体战略;其次,依据企业的总体战略构建企业文化;然后,在企业文化的指导下制定人力资源战略;最后,构建评估反馈系统。
Corporate culture and human resource management both promote each other, inseparable relationship. The success of an enterprise depends on the effective combination of the two and the coordinated development. In order to promote the common development of corporate culture and human resources management, we should construct a coordinated development mode of corporate culture and human resource management. First, the overall strategy of the enterprise is formulated. Secondly, the corporate culture is constructed according to the overall strategy of the enterprise. Then, the HR strategy is formulated under the guidance of the corporate culture. Finally, an evaluation feedback system is constructed.
