随着我国对外改革开放的不断深入,对外商务谈判日益成为我国对外经贸领域中一项不可缺少的实践活动。作为人际交往中的特殊形式,对外商务谈判涉及不同地域、民族、社会文化的交往与接触,为有助于谈判双方对话语的有效理解,本文分析对外谈判中认知语境构建的过程及其重要性。
With the constant deepening of China’s reform and opening up to the outside world, foreign business negotiations have increasingly become an indispensable practical activity in the field of foreign trade and economic cooperation in our country. As a special form of interpersonal communication, the negotiation of foreign business involves the interaction and contact of different regions, nations and societies and cultures. In order to facilitate the effective understanding of the discourse between the two parties, this article analyzes the process of constructing cognitive context in external negotiation and its importance.
