为解决长射孔井段出砂油井无法实现均匀酸化解堵、固井质量差的油井酸化后易造成酸窜、常规混气水返排解堵效果差等问题,实施了声波振荡解堵技术。该技术用声波发生器发射出的高强低频振动波作用于被处理地层层段,从而达到解除地层堵塞、疏通液流通道、增加油井产能的目的。现场应用16井次,施工成功率达100%,平均单井动液面提高259.4米,平均单井日增油3.2吨,累计增油7204吨。应用结果表明,声波振荡解堵技术有效解除了储层堵塞,提高了防砂油井的产能。
In order to solve the problem that the sand production wells in the long perforated section can not be uniformly acidized and plugged, the oil well with poor cementing quality is easy to cause acid channeling after being acidified, and the conventional mixed gas backwater blockage effect is poor, the acoustic wave oscillation plugging technology is implemented. The technique uses the high-strength and low-frequency vibration waves emitted by the sonic generator to act on the formation strata to be treated, so as to eliminate the clogging of the strata and clear the flow passage so as to increase the productivity of the oil well. The field application of 16 wells, the construction success rate of 100%, the average single-well moving surface increased 259.4 meters, the average single-well oil 3.2 tons, the cumulative increase of 7204 tons of oil. The application results show that the acoustic wave oscillation plugging technology can effectively relieve the reservoir blockage and improve the production capacity of sand control oil wells.
