本文从正视企业文化建设的重要作用、建立执行文化和创建学习型组织三个方面,分析“入世”五年来,我国企业文化建设的新变化,并对其未来发展提出建议。
This paper analyzes the important changes of corporate culture construction, the establishment of executive culture and the establishment of a learning organization. It analyzes the new changes in the construction of corporate culture in China in the five years since China joined the WTO and gives some suggestions on its future development.
