本文采用简化的共轭梯度法优化多级热电材料发电模块的效率。研究中考虑到热电材料的材料特性会随着温度变化,为了得到更高的发电效率采取在温度区段采用不同的材料,比如在高温段采用钴化合物,低温段采用Bi_2Te_3。研究中上下两部分材料的总高度一定,需要优化的参数为下半部分热电材料的高度a,优化目标是在不同热边温度下获得最佳效率。优化结果表明效率的提升幅度相比初始值最多增加了30%。
In this paper, a simplified conjugate gradient method is used to optimize the efficiency of multi-level thermoelectric material power generation module. Taking into account the material properties of thermoelectric materials with temperature changes in the study, in order to get higher power generation efficiency to take different materials in the temperature range, such as the use of cobalt compounds at high temperature, low temperature using Bi_2Te_3. In the study, the total height of the upper and lower parts of the material is constant, and the parameter to be optimized is the height a of the lower part of the thermoelectric material. The optimization goal is to obtain the best efficiency at different hot-side temperatures. The optimization results show that the efficiency increase is up to 30% higher than the initial value.
