绩效工资改革和岗位设置管理是事业单位人事制度改革的重要内容,公立医院是我国事业单位的主体之一,专业技术人员集中,岗位情况复杂,用工形式多样。笔者以镇江市部分公立医院为研究对象,分析了在绩效工资改革和岗位设置管理过程中遇到的问题,尤其是医院职工的思想状况,从而提出一些对策和建议,希望对医院人事制度改革有一些帮助。
Performance pay reform and job setting management are the important contents of the personnel system reform in public institutions. Public hospitals are one of the main bodies of public institutions in our country. Professionals are concentrated, the positions are complicated and the labor force is diverse. In this paper, some public hospitals in Zhenjiang as the research object, the problems encountered in the process of performance pay reform and job setting management are analyzed, especially the ideological status of the hospital staff, so as to put forward some countermeasures and suggestions, hoping to reform the hospital personnel system Some help.
