目的:探讨单兵供氧器在高原低氧环境下对高原移居青年动脉血氧饱和度(Sa O2)、心率(HR)的影响及其应用效果。方法:10名高原移居青年受试者采用单兵供氧器,鼻吸式吸氧10 min,检测吸氧前、吸氧后安静时的心率和血氧饱和度,同时观察单兵供氧器的高原现场应用情况。结果:受试者使用单兵供氧器吸氧后的心率分别为(81.80±4.47)b/min低于吸氧前的(88.80±6.55)b/min(P<0.01)。给予单兵供氧器吸氧后受试者的血氧饱和度为(93.80±1.23)%低于吸氧前的(87.40±3.69)%(P<0.01),单兵供氧器的供氧时间平均为(29.6±2.7)min,供氧连续且使用正常。结论:单兵供氧器在高原移居青年受试者中的应用效果良好,可明显降低心率和提高血氧饱和度,促进高原习服。
Objective: To investigate the effect of single-soldier oxygen supply on arterial oxygen saturation (Sa O2) and heart rate (HR) of young migrants at high altitude in the plateau and hypoxia environment. Methods: Ten young migrants from plateau were recruited to take oxygen inhalation for 10 min. Nasal suction was used to inhale oxygen for 10 min. The heart rate and oxygen saturation before and after oxygen inhalation were measured. At the same time, The plateau scene application. Results: The heart rate of the subjects after using oxygen gas was (81.80 ± 4.47) b / min was lower than that before the oxygen inhalation (88.80 ± 6.55) b / min (P <0.01). The oxygen saturation of the subjects who were given oxygen to a single oxygenator was (93.80 ± 1.23)% lower than that before the oxygen inhalation (87.40 ± 3.69)% (P <0.01) The average time was (29.6 ± 2.7) min, with continuous oxygen supply and normal use. Conclusion: The application of single-soldier oxygen supply to young subjects who have emigrated to plateau is effective, which can significantly reduce heart rate and improve oxygen saturation and promote plateau acclimatization.
