随着党的群众路线教育实践活动在供电企业中开展,察民情、听民声、解民忧,如何解决好供电服务的“最后一公里”问题成为当前工作新的为切入点,其中我认为努力建设“客户导向型”业扩报装体系,让权力在阳光下运行,保证手中的权力始终用来为群众谋利益成为重中之重。在以往的业扩工作中,供电企业内部组织之间缺乏互相支撑的管理流程,无法在内部建立以客户需求为导向的管理思路,导致部门壁垒成为难以逾越的一道鸿沟。怎样构建完成莱芜地区客户导向型业扩报装体系,提高业扩报装效率与客户满意率成了亟待解决的问题。
With the practice of the party’s mass line education practice carried out in power supply enterprises, the question of how to solve the “last mile ” problem of power supply service has become the new work nowadays, with I think it is a top priority to work hard to build a “customer-oriented” system that will allow power to run in the sunshine and ensure that the power in the hands is always used to make profits for the masses. In the past industry expansion work, the lack of mutual supportive management processes among internal organizations of power supply enterprises failed to establish a management thinking based on customer needs internally, which led to the insurmountable division of departmental barriers. How to build Laiwu area customer-oriented industry expansion system, improve business efficiency and customer satisfaction rate has become a problem to be solved.
