体验式经济时代的到来对包括酒店业在内的企业营销产生了深远的影响。为使主题酒店的营销水平提升到更高的层次,营销理念的革新势在必行。本文以主题酒店的发展为立足点,通过探究体验营销的本质、特点,结合现阶段主题酒店发展出现的一系列问题,为主题酒店应用体验营销从而进行更好地发展提供一些策略性的建议。
The advent of an experiential economy has had a profound impact on corporate marketing, including the hospitality industry. In order to raise the marketing level of the theme hotel to a higher level, the innovation of the marketing idea is imperative. This article takes the development of the theme hotel as the starting point. By exploring the essence and characteristics of the experience marketing and combining with a series of problems existing in the development of the theme hotel at the present stage, this article provides some strategic suggestions for the theme hotel to apply the experience marketing to develop better.
