人事档案是社会组织成员在参与社会活动过程中所形成的重要历史记录,它记述和反映了一个人的自然情况、重要经历、政治情况、业务知识、工作业绩等。高校人事档案是学生个人求职、单位求才的重要依据。但是在目前,许多高校在人事档案的管理上还存在一定的不足,尤以诚信问题最为突出。如何面对新时期高校人事档案管理中出现的诚信问题,笔者将在分析其存在原因的基础上,探讨相应的对策措施。一、诚信缺失的具体体现1.档案内容陈旧。人事档案是人的说明书,但是目前,人事档案反映政治情况、家庭历史和社会关系方面
