对厌食、反复感染、身材矮小和智能落后患儿11098例进行头发微量元素检测,按1991年合肥全国第五届微量元素与健康研究会制定的铅吸收患儿诊断标准,粗选出铅吸收患儿908例,随机将其中132例分为治疗组92例和对照组40例。治疗组男54例,女38例,年龄<2岁67例,～3岁13例,～4岁8例,～7岁4例;对照组另23例,女17例,<2岁27例,～3岁9例,～4岁3例,～7岁1例。两组患儿均有食欲不振、偏食、反复感染、轻度贫血、佝偻病、地图舌、身材矮小、智能落后等
